What is the difference between Mounted Flannelboards & Unmounted Flannelboards? Mounted flannelboards are printed or plain sheets of felt that have been spray adhered to double thick cardboard and either fold in half or have a built in tabletop easel stand (in the case of the small). Unmounted means that the felt comes to you as a loose sheet of felt, you will either need to mount it with adhesive (tape, pins, etc,) to cardboard, plywood or other material or use the sheet of felt against an existing flannelboard. Mounting instructions are included with unmounted boards
