Note: To return an item:

-Returns must be pre-approved via e-mail and post-marked within 30 days of purchase and must have been purchased directly from The Felt Source

-The item(s) must be in original, re-sellable condition. Items not in resellable condition may be charged a restock fee proportionate with the condition received. Products that have been cut out by the customer will not be refunded.

-Unless the product is defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

-The initial cost of shipping to you is non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit.
